Terms & Conditions

Formula A is a coaching system for planning, adapting, running, and sharing practice. It provides recommendations; the coach makes the decisions. Formula A does not replace professional judgement about athlete safety, training load, or medical matters.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• Accounts are for the coach or program that created them. Do not share access credentials.
• You must be authorized to enter any contact details you add for another adult.
• You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Practices, drills, notes, and other coaching material you create remain yours. You grant Formula A the permission needed to store, process, and display that content so the service can operate for you, including generating, saving, printing, and sharing practice plans at your direction.

• Do not use Formula A for anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful.
• Do not attempt to access another account, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
• Do not enter sensitive personal information about minors, including medical or health details.
• Do not use contact features to send unsolicited or promotional messages.

Formula A is under active development and parts of it are offered in beta. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable at times. The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law Formula A is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Formula A is preparing an optional text-message program for coaching staff who choose to receive updates; it is not yet sending messages. Opting in is a separate, optional choice and is never bundled with accepting these terms.

• Program: Formula A coaching-team text updates.
• Messages are transactional coaching communications, including practice-plan links, schedules, and coaching collaboration updates.
• Message frequency varies based on coaching activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact Formula A Support.
• Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of using Formula A.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Details of what we record and how mobile numbers are handled are in the Privacy Policy. These Terms & Conditions also apply to the text-message program.

We may update these terms as Formula A develops. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Formula A after an update means the updated terms apply.
